Mr. Tapan Kumar Laha is 55 years oldman. He is a graduate, L.L.B. Part I from Ranchi University (Jharkhand). He was a press reporter in Aryavart, Patna. He was also a freelancer of Akashvani, Patna. He joined 'All India Confederation of the Blind' (N.G.O.) affiliated by 'World Blind Union' which head office is in New Delhi. He got a training of 290 hours under this organization about Rehabilitation Service of Rural Blind at Musiri, Trichy distt. (Tamil Nadu). He worked in Patna (Bihar) for the rehabilitation of the blind upto two years. After that he joined in 'Jan Jagaran Kendra ' Barhi, Hazaaribagh (Jharkhand). Here, he was a coordinator of Non Formal Education & Early Child Care Education unde Bihar Education Project at Ormanjhi Block, Ranchi. He was a documentalist of Community Radio under Alternative for India Development , Garhwa (Jharkhand). Except it, he has worked in Drug Addicts Centre, Women Empowerment, Adolescence girls, without parents children (C.N.C.P.) in different NGOs. Teaching, poem & essay writings are his circular activities. He is a speaker also. He has passed more than thirty years in social organization. His concept follows to the concept of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose I, e ' Self Defence '.
